Modular Studio Condo Renovation in Cubao

Our team transformed a studio condominium unit in Cubao, Quezon City via modular approach to address space constraints while efficiently integrating the habits and lifestyle of our adventurous couple client. Using our designers’ and craftsmen’s ingenuity to match our clients’ briefs, we created a platform bed with a bottom drawer for storing a pull-up sofa and cabinet, a wall closet with the top space designed for the couple’s cat, and a customized capiz-covered console that co-serves as a bicycle and storage rack. A mini-office nook completes the set-up, and the outcome is a space that transforms according to the needs of its highly active inhabitants. Lastly, the color palette reflects the couple’s affection for water and the sea, and the idea of lightness and serenity.
