Air and Light Residential Project in Parañaque, Metro Manila

The project, located inside a subdivision in south Metro Manila, is the result of the clients’ expressed need to live in a way that places family and relationships first – all within a comfortable, bright, functional and efficient home environment. The house is programmed to maximize airflow and sunlight yet maintain privacy through passive cooling techniques and responsive planning centered on an in depth study of the site and the clients’ daily routines. The concept for the house can be summed up through the straightforward idea of “air & light.”
