Modernist Lantern Home Design in Novaliches, Quezon City

Our Client is a small family who wanted to extend their living space by building a three-storey extension to their existing house in Novaliches, Quezon City. Led by our Architecture Team, we brought to design their vision of a modernist, airy, and semi-open space that simultaneously feels light and private; we specially designed the staircase to afford a ‘lantern’ effect through strategic placement of lighting fixture, ground-to-ceiling railings, and plants. The overall effect allows them to move through the house floors with maintained privacy while avoiding a closed-off feel.
